Tazers: In the public interest?
We were told yesterday that it would not be in the public interest for an inquiry to be held into how police came to be using an un-licensed weapon during the Raoul Moat episode. In fact, it appears there is acknowledgement that a fire-arms offence took place, but that nothing should be done about it.
Happy Miserable New Year
It sucks to be an activist, continuously peeing on people’s parades, be they fashion parades with the kind of prices seen in Primark and WalMart or parade of holiday destinations supplied by EasyJet and Jet2. Pick n Mix Week 1
Decided to have a Pick n Mix week, as I’ve currently got 74 BBC news stories saved on my RSS feeder, and at least this way that number could come down swiftly. Today, Wednesday and Friday, I’ll be picking on a number of stories to relate which probably won’t have much common theme running between them, but we’ll see.
